I cannot talk to the guard anymore, in order to get the food, looks like if you leave the camp, on the first mission with a party, the guard will not talk to you anymore?

I just started playing a few days ago, (DL from steam) and hit a bug about 2 hours into the game - are there more?

If you have pickpocket, see if you can pick pocket the food from him. I know you can do that even when the guard talks to you, so it might work.
