She's 13 and incapable of making logical decisions. I blame the parents because someone has to be blamed for "this".

Nonsense, all teenagers and adults CAN make logical decisions (except mentally ill ones), but many of them, including adults choose not too.

That's certainly a possibility. Though there are a lot of songs people don't like and none of them generated so much hate and the need to express it. I mean, I listened to quite a few songs I don't like...and just moved on afterwards, but... that's just me :)

I hate that one horrible song that was popular a few years ago. The one really horrible one "if you don't like it, don't put a ring on your finger" or something.

Actually, to call this a 'song' is too generous. I retract my earlier comment.

Blame the parents because they spent money on this ''dream'' without realizing their precious daughter has no freakin' talent. Blame the child because she can't hear herself singing and demanded that she gets her single out there.
If that was my child I would be brutally honest or at least tell them singing isn't their calling.

Why not blame the publishing company?

Lulz my (no pirate talk today arr) sisters kid is just like that, ****ing 16 and if you put him down in the slightest when there is something he can't do, he runs home crying. At times I let him  try and act like a big man, then watch the resulting crash and burn. Body bulding ******. Anyways his mom always goes on telling him he can do what he wants and he's special, etc. Plus she thinks he's smart, when he's not at all.

Schools here thanks to the OH SO BRILLIANT no Child left behind act, and paying by performance started by Obama, have, well its a sad sight. We have a no home work policy, and teachers to collect money cut every corner they can so they get as many good grades as possible,  so they make more money. Corruption who'ld thunk? Heck it used to be only for sports players, some guy I knew that made it out of school, could not read past 3rd grade level. Yet his ass was good with a basket ball, and I'm not making this up, once like in 11th grade english, they asked him to read (teacher) and he just couldn't, some guy in the class made fun of him, he jumped up out of his chair and had a fight with him.

So thats a shinning example of America's youth, play good in sports, or be an extra digit on the pay for the month, and you too can get out of school, and into America's workforce. I don't see how anything could go wrong.

Edit for typos, I need to wake up lulz. Hell I'm proof of that system I had bad trouble with dyslexia as a kid, and if not for martial arts and fighting teaching me around it, how to focus, and efforts largely on my own part, hell I'm the main reason I even know "big words" as some here call them and tear through books, my typo's would be way worse than they normally are if not for that.  Thank god I never had the problems with speach though, and it has made me very smart in some area's. But the school was never any help, they'ld just go *throws hands up leave me to my fate*. And if anything the schools are alot worser now.

Because they wanted money and her parents have money.
They knew how bad she sucked.
Her being published by them doesn't tarnish their reputation.

The publishing company is not to blame. Their customer wanted to get something out and they did it. That's their job.  The parents believed in their product(daughter's single) and it failed. That is not the responisiblity of a publishing company.

And nah I'm from NC, thoug here lately minus the big buildings I think I am in NY. We even have all the lovely assorted racial gangs here now, even Yakuza.

Here's an Example, I asked him why the ****'s are bad. "they just are?"

Then I asked him if Stalin invented Icecream "Yeah he did I remember them saying that."

Where is the US? *gives wordless map* "here!" *Points at Serbia*

Whats the Capital of Washington DC? "The white house?"

He also thinks he's a hotshot mechanice, yet couldn't find a god damn starter if his life depended on it. And I can name litteraly dozens of examples like the above.

And no she's no Jellyfish shes a stark raving mad femnist, who when we have family fights we draw blood. I hate her, really and truely hate her. Long story needless to say, but she decides everything for the boy, minus his friends which is part of why he's so so damn brain dead. My Sister is strange...like the boy pointed a gun at his step dad by mistake, keep in mind I'm not sane acording to many, but she pulled a ****ing shotgun on him stuck it in his face and gave some big speach on how stupid men are and the like, which was uncalled for, and then BLAMED ME for his actions, when I took the ****ing gun from him and told him not to do that again.

When he was a kid she'ld buy him anything he wanted toy wise, and then beat him with a damn curtian rod for throwing peas. Thorwing peas, I saddly had to stay with her a couple of days and when I seen that I took and grabed it and asked what the hell is wrong with her? There is nothing wrong with beating your kids, but thats uncalled for.

Shes so bad her own husband who is now leaving her, used to be a Marine, now he is the most depressed, down beaten man I have ever seen and doesn't think for himself at all, any time he wanted to do something he calls her and asks permission, and I mean ANYTHING. Short of using the bathroom. Shes insane and a bad parent who's kid is out of control, moody as hell and even attempted to kill his step dad to which she just goes "He's just a boy!"

Then the little ****er tried to kill me one day when I caught him trying to steal money from me and when confronted to "buy needles" I attempted to restrain him as he was in a fit of rage, and he slapped his hands around my neck and tried to choke the life out of me, I threw his ass in the floor and damn near killed him for it. Only my self control stoped me. And gee I have his finger prints on my neck, and he's just a little bruised up and sweaty, and guess who is at fault...yep me. "He can't control how he acts you shouldn't do that!" boy was she pissed when the cops said if anyones ass went to jail it would be her snowflake.

lol massive edit to my post reguarding her parenting. And also, I'm for multi Racialism. But not for lets stick to our own race and beat people up for them!. The Mexicans and blacks here are real bad, they constantly at local factories sabatoge the equipment to hurt members of the other race to hire more of there own. Not too mention fights for "control" of poolhalls in seedier areas.  I've seen a whole towns demograph change due to "gang violence". I'm married to an asian myself,  Chinese. so I have nothing for any of these crazy racial groups. I mean I know we'll never all get along, but if we want to kill, maime and beat each other lets set the bar higher than skin color.

Oh I'm happy not seeing them hardly ever now, be even more so when it turns to never. As to the Gang problem local police here are lets say they have a hand in the cookie jar, I mean our county is now known at the state as the "Criminal County" they just don't report the crap, or down grade it, same as all the counties around me in order to keep the feds and state police out. I wouldn't say we are like GTA, but our local crime rate is very high, last I cheacked 30% past the national average. In fact the major cities around me, lets take a look at Fayettevile. It has a score of 2. out of 100, 100 being best, its annual rate which means this 6 months that hasn't even passed yet is currently at 11,051, With 91.5 people out of 1000 being affected. The next major city Lumberton has, a 0. with 3,462, crimes, which is 126, out of 1000. My county and the city I live near are just like those two. Even Wilmington is getting bad. Note these statistics are on serrious crime, not little dispute, but jackings, robbery, rape, murder, etc. Source is crime watchers.

The only speed enforcement is from the highway patrol, and the only Drug enforcement in my area seems to be from them, and the GAME WARDENS. Crime is such an aspect of life here, that honest work seems to be in the minority, I've even recived offers of being hired as a gun runner or hired muscel. I tend to tell them no and leave them with a bit of a threat of what I'll do if they try crap. Though here lately....with the times I'm reconsidering...

I'm an experienced fighter, and I carry a weapon of some sort on me at all times, that should tell you something, in fact just having a baseball bat in my car and sticking it out the window a bit has "persuaded" a uhh "gentleman" to leave me be, most people who know of me in this area leave me be given how I am, or I tend to remind them. And its getting so bad here I might start keeping my AK in my car when I go into town. The cops here are corrupt and useless, its like I live in Africa, not America. At times I feel the society and laws keep me chained, I'm not scared of those scum, but I'ld rather take the offensive. One should be able to fight and handle matters with his own hands. Anyone I say this too IRL just shake there head and put up with it. They have no fight or spine left in them, makes me sick to even look at them.

Hold on a minute... How old do you have to be to legally drive in the US? 16? They look way too young to be driving a car. A convertible no less! How the hell did they get that?! They must have stolen it, bloody kids!

Varries by state, in NC you may have a permit at 16(some cases 15) and dirve yourself after a year of riding with an adult who has been driving more than a year. And you have to keep grades up past a D. Serriously it so easy to get to drive here I've almost been in several wrecks thanks to idots.

I think each state has their own driving age laws. Here in Missouri it's 15.
