Only this time it looks like you guys were high on something and decided to put a quilt on a wall in game. 



As you see this is not going through my SD Capcard. This is HDTV. D:

A friend of mine said stuff like this happened to him a quite a lot while playing warhamer online, a few years ago after he upgraded his graphics card. But thought it was pretty hilarious yet amazing for it to happen on a 360 game. 

Notes:

My 360 has not been tampered with in anyway shape or form.
It has been fixed once before, via official means.
DA2 is installed to 360 HDD.
Play time around an hour.
Was on my way to see the Arishok for the first time. (I think. I have played more since then.)
Only other game which exhibited similar problems was Fallout 3.

Just had this happen to me as well.

Had this happen to me on another play through.

Probably just another glitch for the pile, like the missing models and textures during the final battle.
