I've read through the posts here and I still can't get most of the in-game bonus items to show up in the chest in the house.  I've double-checked and yes, I am logged in with the same account/e-mail info/gamertag that's on this bioware site as is in the game.  I've also tried to re-enter my codes, but they say that they've already been used.  The bonus content codes entered on Xbox Live worked fine.

Under Profile - Your Registered Game Content here on this site, it says I am entitled to Boots of the Frozen Wastes, Staff of Parthalan, Hindsight, Of Things Not Lost, Lothering's Lament, The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall, Signature Edition Rewards, Fadeshear and The Lion of Orlais.

When I click on My Games - Dragon Age II - Xbox 360, then the Unlocks link, all that shows up is Of Things Not Lost, Lothering's Lament, and The Far Cliffs Of Kirkwall.  These 3 items are the only ones to appear in my chest in game.  They are also the only 3 that show up in the unlocks section of the Xbox game itself.

I know a lot of people are having this problem, and I have e-mailed tech support (no answer yet), but I was wondering if the fact that part of this site says I am entitled to a whole list of items, including the Signature Rewards, and part of it says that I am not might have something to do with the issue so many of us are experiencing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I don't really want to play the game until I have access to the rewards.

Same problem here, and it has been posted numerous time by other people, so obviously a widely spread glitch. Hopefully Bioware are sorting it out, oddly enough I did get the boots of the frozen wastes, far cliffs of kirkwall, of things not lost and loetherings lament but nothing else =(

Same. I've asked if a new system would be able to be implemented via patch in which we physically login to our BSN account and through server communication our entitled items are unlocked.

Don't hold your breath... here's the reply to my second inquiry:

My problem has been forwarded to the next level of tech support. I hope that helps. I still think it is odd that on this site I am entitled to all of those bonus items, but on this site under unlocked it says just the 3 items I received. I don't think that has anything to do with my Xbox, save games, etc.

ditto here, problem is in my opinion is to may places u have to jump around for each item, should have just said u get this item now, heres your 25 char code to unlock
