Whenever you report something, you get this email.

Yep the report button goes EA Customer Support. They acknowledge the report with that automated email. Once they check it they forward to back to Bioware mods to resolve. As you can imagine that takes time.
You will likely get a more immediate response by sending a PM to the appropriate moderators or forum administrators then you will using the "Report this post" feature.
