Well? I'm in Act 3 and I heard you pretty much sealed it once you do her Questioning Beliefs quest but I read that you only get that quest if you have a high friendship with her, so what now? I already did Castillion's mission where I killed him because he couldn't be trusted.
How do you romance Isabella with a high rivalry?

I dont think you can. In act 2 her rivalry/freindship was in the middle. Then I showed up at my estate and she was there. No guess work then. Just pick the obvious diologue...apparently she is easy.

I was trying to achieve the rivalry romance as well and I got the rivalry finally at the end of Act II but I've never gotten another romance option. Anyone been able to achieve the rivalry romance with her?

You can have a rivalry romance with her. I did one successfully. In Act I you have to do everything you can to get her down into rivalry.
Then at the beginning of Act II you have to take the hit to +friendship by flirting with her in the first conversation. Try the different options to minimize the friendship gain. You should still be in the rivalry path if you got enough rivalry points earlier. Right after there will be a questing belief quest where you can get those rivalry points back.
As long as you are still in rivalry she will show up at the estate at night (only after flirting with her) and you can sleep with her, question her about love, and get another +10 rivalry effectively setting you on the rivalry romance for the rest of the game.

Yes, you can romance her by following the "yes I want to bring feelings into this!" route, even if you are going the rivalry path. The romance plays pretty much the same, it's just the other stuff ("Don't be a selfish jerk!") that differs.

That's not true. Every romance has a rivalry path.

I'm guessing its the one I'm referring to in the PM, I was making clear she meant a "full" romance as opposed to the fling.

That doesn't exactly give an answer to the question, but it's good enough for me.
On my current game I decided to go 100% rivalry with Isabela to see if you can get the scene near the end of the game to wrap it up. That's because according to the guide, you can do the fling but you cannot get the "calm before the storm" moment.
