There is an issue with the quest Lyrium-Laced Bilge Hoop in the PS III version of the game where it is sometimes possible to turn it in multiple times. I have yet to nail down exactly what triggers the issue and I am trying to trace back through several of the saves that I made around the bug. When I experienced this bug I had loaded my save after just taking out Bartrand guards. I completed this quest and followed the dwarves into the deeproads. I collected the Lyrium-Laced Bilge Hoop and was able to turn it in several times. When I did these quests I had Merrill, Varric and Anders with me. When confronting Bartrand I had Anders give him some sanity and had Varric spare his life. During my journey in the deeproad I assisted the lost brother and activated to gollems. I do not remember any other details from my experience with this bug which would make it easier to reproduce. This caused my character to level from 14 to 50 with 20 minutes.

Unsheath your weapon (x) before you turn it in. Then you can keep turning it in as many times as you like, as long as you don't move or do anything else.
