At the end it seems like bioware is eluding to the possibility of the warden and hawke making an appearance in DA3, if there is one.  Thoughts anyone?

I don't think they'll appear again. Honestly, I think they'd just try and find out what's going on, or just leave it undiscovered, like with Flemeth and Morrigan.
There are too many storylines to follow through with, and they sure didn't help at all with the DA:O DLC. The DLC just left more unanswered questions, and to even branch what they're trying to accomplish with these story arcs, they'd have to write books to cover it, which fans won't like...

Bioware wouldn't talk about the warden and hawke like that if they were not going to appear together (Hopefully).

Well we know the Warden was alive 7 years after DA:O, at least the Warden was if she was married to Alistar. So the epilogue takes place 3 years after that right?

I don't know. I'm not keeping my hopes up. I'm curious to see where this will go and what will carry over. I prefer the Warden over Hawke and if the story was to continue, I'd hope it would be the Warden's story, whether that's through the Morrigan baby(through Alistar or the Warden) or something connected to the Warden I'll be happy.

We'll see I guess...

There isn't even a save after DA2 right? Or is it automatic and I just didn't know? I guess we'll have to wait a few years. Hopefully a few years...I don't want the game to be rushed again...I want perfection!

The game produces a post-campaign save (its even named as such), if that proves anything. Can be used for DLC purposes (in all likelihood, will be) or DA3 import (i'd assume it will be).

Personally, I want Dragon Age 3 to start before DA2 ends and lead to after. Then probably add to the list of heroes and finally leading up to a game with an epic conclusion with all the heroes!

I just want to know what the hell is through those Eluvian mirrors. I feel the REAL story is happening behind there. This war between the Chantry and the mages is small time compared to whatever threat Flemeth knows about. But then again, that's just my theory.

My Wardens story is over... if he shows up, I will personally kill him

And my Hawke story is over. Don't want to see that piece of **** one more time. If he do, I will personally kill him.
