I'm stuck in my chracter's tavern after the attack...I got bishop and went outside to restock, came back in and he no longer gives me the option to teleport to the quest location?......This is a MASSIVE game stopping bug......I can't do anything now. He talks as if  we're already in whereever i'm supposed to be in. I'm fully patched and have all the expansions. Can i use cheats to get past this #@$@%@%#% bug or something? if so..what are they

You should still be able to walk there using the standard travel map.  It's a town to the north called Ember.
