Varric - Add to cun after enough crit chance?

My Varric has enough dex and gear that his crit chance is 100% now, would it be better for him to pump as much cun as possible to boost his crit damage or increase dex more to increase base damage? I think cun is the obvious choice here, but I just wanna make sure. His attack % is through the roof so I'm not worried about that.

Yes, +CriticalRange is the way to go.
Regarding Dex, take into account the optimal ratio for attribute point investment in primary damage attribute (Str, Dex, Mag) is 1.25 pts per level. In other words, 5 pts per every 4 lvls. Beyond that point, diminising returns gradually make heavy investment in one attribute simply not worth it.
