Ive yet to play the game yet, after owning it for over a week. everytime i click play it just reverts to the desktop, and no amount of customer support has done anything. Ive talked to three reps, and everytime they tell me to do the same thing over and over again, even after trying to explain ive been through this before.

Im running on win 7 intel dual core 2.66
4gb ram
nvidia geforce 9600M GT

This is the worst customer support ive ever experienced, and honestly, i think this may be the end of my video game career on the pc. I cant belive in this day and age they would even consider releasing a game with so many problems.

If anyone has any ideas on how to solve my problem, and possibly save me from giving up all games together, please help me.

the 9600m is well...not the greatest but still in the realms of minimum requirements.

Run the setup and change to directx 9, turn off any AA. And also update your GPU drivers AND Sound card drivers.

You should be able to get the latest from your Notebook's manufacturer website.

or you can goto START and to the search box and type in dxdiag and save the collected report to a txt file and upload somewhere, pasting it can be LOOOOOONGGG but if you want you can paste it

It does seem to have a lot of bugs. I would rather have waited another month or two for a bug free product.

Having started 3 games and unable to complete because of bugs. At least you haven't wasted time. The more I play it, the less appealing it is. I suggest you put it away, wait for a patch, then check the forums to see what it fixed, what it may have messed up. That way you won't waste time like I did.

If my next play through fails from a bug, DA 2 gets dumped in the garbage.
