Has anyone done any testing or viewed code from damage calculations? If a mod could please confirm any impact at all, it would be greatly appreciated.
Looking for confirmation on +%damage working, if so what impact on final damage?

no testing, but i call tell you what i assume
base damage of attack * damage % * ccc bonus * crit damage... this doesn't include +damage on weapon (like a fire rune)

%damage does not work right.
I just tried out the Robes of Cleanness which gives a 24% damage increase to all elements. It raised my chain lightning damage from 214-->217. That is obviously not 24% and makes the high priced robe useless.
The Final Thought staff raised my chain lightning damage from 214 --->242. due to the increased dps on the staff (41---->48) and added Magic.
Edit: I did more testing. I put on a robe with +%electrical damage and my chain lightning damage did not go up at all. So it looks like the small increase in damage from the Robes of Uncleanness was due to the 2 Magic points it added.

Nevermind, it looks like the %damage works but the tooltip is not updated to reflect the %damage gear.
