Where do I get the best weapon 2h for my warrior?
Currently right now doesn't seem like anything can be bought in act3.

you should try the Qunari Sword, Basrath-Kata (or something) it's rewarded after you finish The Lost Sword side quest, given by Qunari near Hawke Estate I believe. It's also available in 1hd Sword, Dagger, Bow and Staff (I think it's determined by Hawke's classes)

You can buy Limbtaker in the Hightown market if you have the gold. The best 2H in the game that are dropped are:

Her Song (Physical dmg)
Bloom (Cold dmg)
The Celebrant (Spirit dmg)

Theres also a Black Emporium 2H but that one is pretty ugly.
