Do you feel Hawke's story is over?

Epilogue was so vague, so short that it is impossible.

Of course, Hawke is going on thirty now, so if you're female, you obviously won't be in the sequel. There are no women over thirty. Those older women you've seen? Figments of your imagination, like the alienage elves.

The devs have said time and time again that the Dragon Age series is about Thedas not just one person, making Hawke the star protagonist for yet anther full game would negate that as it would make it more about Hawke then anyone else.

I honestly doubt that Hawke is more important than Flemeth. I wouldn't mind to see that happen though.Newnation wrote...
Didn't the developers say in one of their diaries that Hawke was the most important character in the DA universe?

Actually, in a recent interview, someone from Bioware commented that DLC will likely cover during the rise to power and expand on hawkes adventures after it.
Which really really irritates me because they shouldn't have released the game when there were sooo many plot holes that they will now be charging us to for. DLC shouldn't be used to finish the story the actual game should have included, but rather to simply add to it. It's why I really am not sure how I feel about the current development team running DA 2. They really botched the game at the end I think story wise, which is really unlike Bioware. Makes me think they couldn't go wrong cutting corners to get the game out sooner.

well since people spending about 30 hours on Hawke's story, i think Hawke is more important than Flemeth, but Flemeth does have certain degree of influences to the story.AlexXIV wrote...

I can see (and hope) Hawke's story being finished over DLC or an expansion pack, but I don't see him being the main character of DA3 (if there is one) a cameo, however, yes.

well i think it safe to say they threw that book out in da2.

DA2 simply left SOOO many loose ends, SOOO many things unanswered and merely introduced more and more questions.
If that is the end of Hawke's story... man, what a HUGE disappointment that will be.
My only hope/thought with respect to how it could (perhaps even should) continue would be with an answer to the question posed at the very end of the game:
Hawke vanished "just like the Warden"... what does that mean? Is "the Warden" referred to therein the same as "the Hero of Ferelden"? Did Hawke and the Warden join forces to combat the Ultimate Evil? How does Morrigan fit into this picture? What if the Hero of Ferelden chose the ultimate sacrifice? What if the Hero of Ferelden did not choose the Dark Ritual?
AGH, what does it all mean???

And i hope very very much... What else is there to know about him/her?
We know the background, got the fame, got the romance - game over.

Too much stuff was left unanswered and vague, not to mention his/her disappearance ties in with the Warden somehow.
We'll probably get DLC, hopefully soon, because I wasn't all that satisfied with how my play-through ended.

That aside, Mike Laidlaw said in his recent interview with 1up that they (BioWare) are going to be releasing DA2 DLC/Expansions that will further develop Hawke's (and party's) story.
