The description just says:

100% of basic attack damage vs. melee enemies (uhm... what?)
So what does that second one mean? There is definitely a verb missing somewhere in that sentence

your damage is improved vs melee enemies.... i believe (could be wrong) that this is just your auto attacks... i'll do some quick testing because i use tha shield with that same mod... didn't know they had a ring with it, where did you get it?
