 I imported my Dalish elf warden save which was a continuation import in the correct order (Origins --> Awakening --> Golems -->Witch Hunt). Merriell seemed to mention the Warden being from her clan, but when I got to Sabastion's Act 3 quest to meet Sister Nightgale (Leliana) when asked about the Warden if you romanced her she's supose to say something about the Warden being dear to her heart. Instead I got the standard non-romance dialog from her.

This also happened with my mage import where she was romanced, but it seemed recognize the flag of the threesome between Isabela, Leliana, and my mage. Also in the middle of Isabela talking to Leliana the dialog cut out and the screen went strange like the camera went to an unkown angle or something. I had thought the game had crashed but after about 30 seconds or so during the rest of the conversation about isabela, Leliana and my mage I assume the game returned to normal.

Has anyone else run into these error's is it something about my save or the importing itself. Should I just completely avoid the later saves from Golem's and Witch Hunt. I didn't notice any error's with my female noble who married Alistair and had the Isabela threesome in that one. So the only thing I could think is maybe my saves are some how mesed up and if they are is there a way to fix them so they work correctly?

This is a very common bug. It worked as it should in my playthrough but I only imported Origins and The Stone Prisoner.
