I've went to my registered games section but unlike with my other games where i can download my DLC this message pops up with no way of downloading.

This content has now unlocked in your game. To see the content:

• Run Dragon Age II.
• Please ensure you log in with the same account you used on the social website.
• Verify the content appears in the Unlockables screen by selecting Extras on the Main Menu, then Unlockables.
• Start a new game or load an existing one.
• The items will appear in a chest in your house. Follow the instructions in the game journal

There a lot of items which isn't counted as DLC:s, for example nearly all the items. They are included in the game and will unlock when you log in on your account in-game. However they aren't sorted under the DLC menu but under another which I don't remember the name on.

I only had to download the installer for the SE items, the Black Emporium and the Exiled Prince - those are the only installers you have to run to add the content to the game, as everything else (or near enough everything else) should show up ingame automatically under "Unlockables" just like the description you posted says.

Those items were probably already included in the default game install, and it just unlocks them for use in your game based on the unlocks present on the account you log in with ingame..
