I'm having this problem since day one and haven't been able to find a solution (tested a few that i found on the forums)

I can play the game, no issue with registration
Was able to download dlc but i just can't autorize it cause i'm getting "Server is temp unavaible"

It's getting really annoying since i really want the dlc to work.
