Not as far as i am aware, unless you count past experience as a gift

There is an xbox360 achievement for completing the game twice or completing it once with an imported save from DAO. Probably not the bonus you're looking for though.

There is also another one for getting all 3 classes to Kirwall.

I think he's refering to something like the bonus you get for beating Mass Effect 2 (50k resources, etc.).
