hi guys
i've bought DAO for pc when it was released...but since then i reformated my pc etc and so i decided to get the ultimate edition for my xbox and start a new character
i've tried to register my ultimate edition(xbox 360) by entering the UPC code...but i always get the error message, that the code is invalid
is there a trick how to enter the UPC correctly?
i just have to enter the 12 numbers that are directly beneath the bar code, right?
can anyone help me with this?
i would really like to register the game
oh and yes, something odd that i realised just some minutes ago: the characters of my xbox 360 version get updated...so my "my games" does not show the xbox 360 version (ultimate edition), only the old pc-version of DAO
can anyone please help me?

but on the left and on the right are also digits, correct?
on the left is a number, but on the right there is a ">" (withouth the ")
what does that mean?

Silly question perhaps but are you registering it in the Ultimate Edition section or in the normal DA:O section?
I had the same problem at first when trying to register but then scrolled down the list and saw that there was a seperate entry for ultimate edition and said "D'oh!".

after several tries i even tried to register it as "normal" dragon age origins
but neither nor worked :/
i've contacted the UK support and they said they are looking into that matter, hopefully they can solve this problem, that would be awesome!
