Read the last 5 or so pages of the below thread and you'll find instructions of what to do. You have to use a dragon age save editor to edit 2 lines in your saved game file. That is easy and the instructions are in the thread. Then download the mod, put it in your override folder and the bug won't occur again. The link to the mod is in the thread.
