I completed the game as a LadyHawke, romanced Anders, but killed him when he pulled what he did. Still sided with the mages.

Varric said at the end that Anders was still with me. I didn't get an Achievement for the Anders romance. I think this needs looking at.

Has this happened to anyone else?

This seems to be quite a common bug with the ending speech, it never seems to accurately reflect the games events when concerning the romances
