Hi All: I was just looking up the different classes when I notice there 4 different sub class for Warrior, Mage and Rogue, here are the stats,
Rogue:
Bard:
(Specializations bonus: +2 Willpower & +1 Cunning)
Assassin:
(Specializations bonus: +2 Dexterity & +2.5% Critical Chance)
Ranger:
(Specializations bonus: +1 Constitution & +5 Natural Resistance)
Duelist:
(Specializations bonus: +1 Dexterity & +1 Damage)
Mage:
Shapeshifter:
(Specializations bonus: +2 Constitution & +1 Armor)
Spirit Healer:
(Specializations bonus: +2 Magic & Minor Combat Heath Regeneration)
Arcane Warrior:
(Specializations bonus: +1 Dexterity & +5 Attack)
Blood Mage:
(Specializations bonus: +2 Constitution & +2 Spellpower )
Warrior:
Berserker:
(Specialization bonus: +2 Strength & +10 Health)
Templar:
(Specialization bonus: +2 Magic & +3 Mental Resistance)
Reaver:
(Specialization bonus: +1 Constitution & +5 Physical Resistance)
Champion:
(Specialization bonus: +2 Willpower & +1 Cunning)
I glad I made 27 characters, now I have the right combo to play.
4 different sub class for the 3 classes wow :), alot of gameplay

You can get two specializations in one playthrough if you get to the high enough level.

Yeah, even with choosing 2 specializations, 18 characters will give you every combination.

Not entirely, Alistair is templar, and morrigan is shapeshifter..
Dunno about the others though,,

You can pick their second specialization though. A quote from David Gaider responding to the question "Are we able to give the companion characters specializations as well?"
Provided that all other prerequisites are met, yes -- you can have your party members take specializations. There are, however, some party members that will refuse to take certain specializations.

Most (if not all) of your companions start out with a speciliazation. You can add a second speciliazation to your NPC companions, however. Unless that has changed recently.

Some NPCs will refuse to take certain specialisations, e.g. Wynne will never consent to be a Blood Mage.
