i am at the beginning of the game 3 and decided to respec merril for bloodmagic.can you guys tell me where can i find the blood magic items? i already got an amulet from earlier acts.

The Tevinter Merchant in Wounded Coast has some stuff.  You just gotta check around.  I think Acts 2 and 3 have more Blood Mage Gear.

the escort of the sarabaas gives you an amulet with similar name that gives a bloodmagic boost

I found the health regen +2 trinkets to be helpful as well. Also blood magic on Merril works quite well and you can load her up with sustained abilities as well.
