I never did get that. I got enemy spawned instead and then the puzzle ended.
Is it timed or does it depend on wrong moves?

It's timed. If you aren't quick enough then enemies spawn and you don't get the attribute bonus.
The second barrel puzzle is effectively split into two parts, left side and right side, because you can't move the barrels across the middle line.
**** Spoiler ***
If you take the 5 barrels on the right side of the puzzle thn you need to click the barrels in this order:
Top middle
Bottom middle
Bottom right
Top right
Top middle
Top left
Bottom left
Bottom middle
Then on the left side of the puzzle do the same thing, but switch over right and left in the solution.
