Looks pretty good, in my opinion. I could easily tell who it was.
Probably the best piece of advice I can give you is to flip the picture horizontally as you work on it. This is a very simple yet effective way of checking the balance of your drawing. It's pretty easy based on how you're positioned when you're drawing and from staring at it for a long time to become adjusted to the way it looks, even when things are tilted or off center. Mirroring it is a great way to catch some flaws, and is something you'll want to do fairly often to spot mistakes early. In this case, his facial features tend to lean toward one side. If you drew a line straight up through the center of the chin and the beard, you'll see the eyes, nose, and mouth are more toward the left.
Obviously you can do this while it's on paper by holding it up to a mirror, or an even more accessible way is just holding the paper so that the back side is facing you and then hold it up to a light so you can see through it (as long as the paper isn't too thick). Or if you've scanned it you can use something like Photoshop to flip it. It's something I still do all the time, but it helps a lot. Keep up the good work!
