well title says it all. Does this mean that all my decisions will be rendered obsolete? or any missing decisions the game finds it will just fill in?
Import from DA:O, DA:A, and all DLC says Origins not completed?

Have you tried importing your Origins save?
What I ended up doing is I tested importing my Origins save after I was finished (success), right after I imported to Awakening and could save (success), after finishing Awakening (success; would make sure you save in the final area where the final boss is before actually triggering it). And I would do the same with both Golems of Amgarrak and Witch Hunt.
I stopped with Awakening because I wanted to finish Dragon Age II and because I heard of the import problems with the two DLC adventures that are supposed to carry over.
Also, you can hit Y when highlighting a save and it will tell you the major flags in the save. If any of it is wrong, then you might have a problem with the save itself not having the right flags.
I also noticed: sometimes when you save in Origins and all related content, it will say Null in place of any of the three: are saved in, time played, date and time saved. I made sure to always save agin if it said that while O was saving at any time.
