So, for the past 8 days I've had ZERO updates on my DA2 character profile. It's remained identical since the moment I pressed the activate online profile button, even though since then I've completed the game and made 2 new characters. The armour and weapons remain the same, the level remains the same, the xp stays the same, the skill trees stay the same and the Avatar remains the same.

Nothing has changed at all.

I've tried multiple things, taking off all the gear, saving and then putting on all the gear and saving again. Running as admin, completely turning off the firewall, pressing Activate Online Profile for the 100th time. NOTHING. It's stayed exactly the same and my other two characters haven't uploaded onto it. I've also tried deleting my character and it still stays there.

I've patched my game, tried turning off automatic character profile upload and then turning it on again. EVERYTHING, it just stays the same.

To be honest, my patience is running thin, I've tried so much and the system remains broken, at least allow me to attempt to deactivate and reactivate. I'm on the verge of uninstalling the game and reinstalling it back.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same here no updates at all. My characters are not level 8, my gear isn't updating.

Same...and the "same" goes for everyone. Got to wait for BioWare to update them. Looks like they're having some technical issues.

Many people are saying that their characters are updating fine, just their gear isn't. However, in my case, nothing is updating AT ALL.

Lucky them! I can't even get my DAO profile to show up. It's not syncing.

My DA2 show me correctly only my level, skills ,xp and achievements but my gear isn't updating at all!!!

I think I have the same problem, but I have found something out.

When I click on my game profile in the sidebar (my games->DA:O) it sends me to a website that has an old profile (I removed all characters there), but it still shows the right update time.

When I select instead (profile->full profile) and go to tab: Games, it allows me to link to the same site, but this time with a [&persona_id=xxxxx]added to the url. This one seems to be the right proile, updated and everything...

I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that my achievements seem to be borked ingame (achievement shows locked despite having an unlock date attached). There is a workaround for this somewhere, but no actual fix (that works), so I wonder if this is the problem...

I've got  almost everything updating instantly in my DAII profile. Everything but the gear. The doll looks up-to-date, but the items themselves are outdated and don't change no matter what. It wasn't always this way though, got broken a week ago or so.

Yeah, my equipment hasn't updated in 10 days or so. In fact, some items that were there before are no longer there and it's back to basic equipment. Seems like the trouble is basically everything on the left with the exception of weapon (all the armor stuff).

Not only is mine not updating, but I have nothing there. It seems to have lost everything when I started a second game. I wonder if that has something to do with the issue?

Also have non-updating equipment. The rest seems to be fine.

AAAAAAAAAAH! Mine is GONE!  Strange thing is that my profile pic is from my first play-through and that's still there.  But EVERYTHING is gone.

I have one profile uploaded from DA2, and that is one of my test characters I made shortly after buying the game... A character that is now deleted. I've soon gone through the game a second time, but none of my current characters are uploaded.

"Data is updated as frequently as possible - progress in-game may take up to an hour to appear here"... That's one helluva long hour... Obviously not updated frequently enough if you ask me, though I honestly doubt BioWare plan to do anything about it. The profile upload from DA:O was allso messed up in my case.

My profile appeared to have updated once on my initial playing after originally installing the game. No updates have happened since an only shows the single level 4 character.

This exactly what is happening to me.  Have we heard ANYTHING on this?  Is there a workaround?

Nope, heard nothing and nothing you can do from what I've seen.

My profile updated once, and never did again, for DA II. It keeps saying "Dragon Age II - Player Profiles (Activate Online Profiles)". I click it, and in Chrome and Safari the page simply seems to reload without anything happening. Iexplore simply logs me out, I can't even click the link.

In my case I cant get achievements upated properly - it's kinda ridiculous, as I'm leaving the game running for several hours every few days, hoping that update will happen this time, but no luck so far... :/

This might be a tread necro, but this has happend to me and I want to know how to fix it. All my character's photes is there in edit profile photo, but everything is gone from the da2 site.

All of mine is gone too ... I had finished the game with the character (Mage) shown here to the left & have since made a new character (Rogue) .. but now nothing shows up at all ... before it was at least showing my old character ... I have not deleted the characters from the site, they disappeared on their own.

Yes, a lot of the time I use the Dev Console (which does NOT update your profile at all), but every so often I play using the version in Origin, so that it can update ... kinda of a moot point at the moment though!

Hi Istar, I took a look at your data store for DA2 files and it hasn't been updated since July. That means the game hasn't sent any updates to the servers.

Did anything happen in July with your Internet connection? How often are you playing the game? The game doesn't send updates constantly but if you're playing regularly it should be sending something.
