I turned subtiltes off on my most recent playthrough so they don't appear at all, even in cutscenes. And it's mostly working fine, except what keeps happening is: the scene will play out with everyone speaking and no subtitles, but when the dialogue wheel pops up, the subtitle for the latest line before it pops up also appears on the screen. It doesn't bug me a lot, and it doesn't happen all the time, but often enough that I'm noticing it a lot. Just wanted to let someone know.
