 I have the quest for Evra's might and Evra's Trophy Blet but when i go to retrieve from the special delivery box it won't let me open it all just sits their and does nothing when i hit A is this a bug or can not get these unless its a new game ?

nevermind went to talk to Isabela in hanged man and came back to hawke estate and let me loot it
