ME1 team (except for Liara and Wrex who I think should rock as independent NPCs) + ME2 team + I've been waiting for a batarian since 2009

I'd like for ME3 to see more of a focus on the plot characters like Liara, Garrus and Kaidan, give them a little more depth etc. Character development and visually. Lose the forgettable ones like Zaeed, he was just nasty character material. As for new squadmates, maybe some new combinations would be sweet, like a female Turian. But only if they really add some value to the ME universe.

Non-joinable ME1-2 characters would be Anderson as first, with Parasini and Shiala as good alternates.

As I'm pretty sure we'll see more stuff in the MEverse in the future, I can save a lot of "novelty" stuff there. I'd prefer us to mostly see established characters developed further in the final part of the trilogy.

Let's get a female sniper for ME3. Seriously, Ashley is the only woman who can snipe, and I left her to die on Virmire, so I'm a touch out of luck.

I doubt Liara will be back as a companion, and Samara may be out as well. So we need a new Asari squad mate.

A female Turian is a must. 2 games, and not 1 single female Turian simply shouldn't be allowed to fly. Lore wise, they should be as numerous as female soldiers, yet we have yet to see one. Fix this Bioware.

Batarian squad mate is the last must. I know people hate them, but the game does need a 'Good", batarian in the series. Hell, Garrus had one as a member of his team of vigilantes. I'd love to see a bad ass Batarian in the series

The rest of the team should be returning crew members from the first 2 games.

I want the surviving ME 2 squadmates back as well.

I expect we'll probably get a few new squadmates though for the newbies. The VS will probably return, we'll probably get a Batarian and a Raloi, and something else for an even number.

I'd like to see a female Turian or Krogan.

I'd especially like to see a female Turian who is a little racist against humans (and very racist against Krogan). Her attitude could change as missions progressed, based on her encounters with Krogan and Shep's decisions, either softening her or making her even more angry.

"EDI in a robot body" was what I assumed my final sqad mate was going to turn out to be, before I actually met Legion. I thought that it would turn out that some of her "offline hardware" was a cyborg body, or a reaper-created-device body.

It's too bad Elcor are too slow to be party members. They have a lot of my favorite dialogue.

Asari: "Wait, did you hack your translator so you could control your kinetic language processing?"
Elcor: "With a sincerity such that skepticism would be insulting: No."

I want THAT GUY in my party.
