I have been noticing that there are several cutscenes, primarily around the illium mission and Miranda missions, along with Thanes' loyalty mission where the characters, or their weapons are invisible in the cutscenes. It might be the fact that the armor and customizable appearances I bought for the characters aren't loading properly in the game that are causing them to not appear in some of the cutscenes or something else.

For example I was playing at the begining of Mirandas' loyaty mission where you get a chance to renegade the Eclipse merc by breaking his neck and shooting the barrel of explosives down onto the two other mercs at the distance. Shepard was invisible in that cutscene as well as Jacks' M-5 Phalanx as I went Renegade and the Eclipse merc looked like he twsited his own neck instead.

Another instance was in Thanes' Loyalty mission at the very end when you confront his son, and he is holding the Turian hostage. After I took care of the hostage and Thane and his son began to talk at the crime scene Thane was invisible as his son was looking at nothing.

I practically have all the DLC content and I redownloaded them again and repeated the same step over. I even reinstalled the two discs on to my Xbox again to make sure it wasnt that problem as well. Same resullt. It might be that the game isnt loading the DLC properly. Everytime i relay the missions with the default armor and default costumes for the characters, I am able to see them again.

Its not a serious bug more than a cosmetic one, but I would like to know if other people are suffering this issue as well with the DLC they bought on their Xbox too.

Aye i suffer from it aswell, but on the ps3 !.
So my gues would be it has to be a minor glitch with the appearance pack not loading up properly during the cutscene's.

The ones that I know that are having this issue where the weapons are invisible in the cut scene that I have noticed so far is the: Firepower Pack

The Instances of when the characters are invisible completely, or that their armor or appearance is set to the deault look from what I whitnessed are DLC's:

- Alternate Appearance Pack 1
- Alternate Appearance Pack 2
-Aegis Pack

The Alternative Appearence Packs have a bug in some of the missions' primarily on Illiium or on Thanes' mission to where they either turn invisible in the cutscene or their appearence is loaded out to their default setting. I had some parts of the Kestrel armor for shepard and she went invisible on me on Illium during Mirandas' mission at the very beginning.
