Sunnie's Iconic and Companion Weapons Pack v1.0

All weapons are now evolving, have a rune slot, some have had a "very" minor improvement, and non-starting weapons can now be equipped by Hawke.

Includes:
-Iconic weapons: Champion's Edge, Champion's Warstaff, and Champion's Warblade

-Carver: Longbar Blade, Grace-Maker, and Seeker of the Gray

-Fenris: Lethandralis and Blade of Mercy

-Bethany: Birchcore, Staff of the New Growth, and Staff of the Blighted Heartwood

-Merril: Vir Tasallan

-Aveline: Shield of the Knight Herself

-Anders: Freedom's Call

-Sebastian: Starkhaven Bow (not shown in pic)

Download from here!

(NOTE: Isabela's daggers, and Avalines sword and starting shield are avalable in my other item packs. Varrics crossbow and its variations are not included for various reasons.)

To install, unpack and drop sunnie_ico-comp_weaps.erf in the games override folder. This will not override any item that has already been obtained and saved in a character save, however, it will be the new modified version if you or the companion receives it normally or summoned with the console.

To summon any of these items with the dev console, use the Vaddi mod located at http://social.biowar.../index/6587675. After installing that mod and enabling the dev console, hit tilde (`) and enter "runscript vaddi [item name below]" and hit return.

I'm sure that you have heard about million times already, but you are simply amazing.. I can't wait until Bioware releases the updated toolset to see what you, as well as the other talented modders, will be able to create. In my first play-thru I had a hard time in given the Blade of Mercy to Fenris. But now, I can keep it myself.
Thank you for expanding the replay ability of DA2.

Damn, this will surely make a lot of weapons in the game redudant lol!
I was wondering if you could break this mod into some different specific parts like the staves, swords etc?

Still giving it a try. Especially the evolving Starkhaven longbow sounds beastly.

Awesome.

Question Sunnie, do you get the champion's warblade and stuff at the start, or is that obtainable in game etc?

I'm starting a new game using all your items :D

The champion stuff is gotten sort of in the end of the game.. you can however use the dev console to summon it at the start, which is sort of the reason behind making them all evolve.

sunnie, you're amazing! I have every one of your mods installed and am LOVING them! Only thing I've had to do so far is model swap Isabella's daggers to a different model, but that's 100% personal preference. Keep up the great work!

I know the armor is endgame, but the actual champion weapons from what I saw were just the embellishment by Varric. Hence the question on how you get the weapons naturally :P

I thought the champion weapon was a quest reward mid to late act 3, but after going over the quest rewards, only the gloves are awarded during the Arishok encounter in the keep. It's possible that are loot dropped like the rest of the Champion set. Anyway, just summon them and be done with it!

Yeah, you get the gloves for free at the beginning of the Act. The boots and hat drop from bosses in two of the main plots, and the cuirass drops from the High Dragon.

I can't seem to summon anything from this pack? I'm able to summon things from Sunnie's other packs without a problem. It says it can't find arc_sebastian_02 or arc_sebastian_01?

ETA: I can summon it with the starkhaven keyword. So much for reading the directions (needs to be edited) Posted Image

Wow nice. You keep outdoing yourself. I think at this point the only way you could outdo yourself again is if you somehow either release the tools to make these, or lead a collation to develop them a bit further. Again really good job.

Were you using vaddi or vaddiN? The istructions say VADDI only, and I have again confirmed working as detailed in the instructions...

vaddiN...I didn't know there was a difference. Thx!

ETA: I guess claiming to read was a little incorrect on my part ;)

Funny how people protest evolving items, and yet most of the mods are for evolving items. Anyway, enough of my bitterness. Thanks for the mods! This is why you only play Bioware games on PC.
