this file i has lists it as property # 9112 and just says (Special) next to it i dunno what it's supposed to do
what is the "Celestial" attribute?

If I recall correctly that property allows you to ignore the stat requirements for the item.

Displacement is a %chance that an attack will miss the displaced object. That property (presumably) allows that attacker to ignore that chance.

Specifically the property 9105 in-game tells "Enemy cannot dodge attacks". As for "Celestial".. Haven't checked, the rune with the same name indeed does allow to ignore all of the stat requirements, possibly the attribute made do the same.
