Nicely done. Really did not like Anders for what he did, but this gives me a more sympathetic view. That last line actually gave me goosebumps. [thumbs up]

Also, really liked the song.  Very apt I think.

Great video! I romanced him in my first playthrough and my mage ran off with him. Second playthrough I was really hating on him for being such a liar etc but this reminded me why I romanced him in the first place. Poor Anders ...

Very nicely done. I haven't been liking Anders much in this game, but this video has changed my opinion. Especially with that amazing song. I hope you make more DA2 videos like this, I will be watching for them. =)

I romanced him quite accidentally on my very first playthrough (with a female Hawke) and I don't regret it. It was really sincere and tragic, the most mature of all romance options in the game I guess. Your video emphasises that nicely.

@bawpie: I did not like what he did too. I was originally going to use a break up scene for this vid, but the process of making this vid changed my mind.

I like that line too. Honestly, I think a lot of the lines in the Anders romance are a little cliche. That last line is one of the few lines that I actually loved.

@Lirea: same here. making this vid changed my mind too as I was forced to review some clips of Anders in the first and 2nd acts. I don't think anyone would like what he did, and I do agree with Aveline that 'sincerity justify this.' But of course, we know that he did it because Anders/Justice is a broken man.

@Paradocs: I always play female because I am one. But judging from clips I saw fr youtube, I think the femHawke shines better.

@SapphireFire: Thanks so much. I do plan on making other DA2 vids, but at present I am looking for more clips I could use: Anders, Fenris, etc. At present I only have enough to make 1-2 min vids.

@Rhostadt: I took the Friendship path and I actually like it better--even if for my female rogue it felt a little 'Twilighty.'

@iLikeBWgames: Same here. I originally intended my rogue to romance Fenris, but looking at the personality of my rogue, whose motives and desires are determined by her commitment to her family, I think she chose Anders. I think that is because she finds it easier to love a man who loves people like her sister and would do anything for her sister. Plus, in terms of looks, my rogue has better chemistry with Anders than Fenris. I am currently pursuing a Fenris romance now with another character who is a mage this time. Like I said, I love áccidentaly'romances.

She most probably did it using a video recording program while playing DA2 using Fraps.

Anyways... I hate you, moonmythology. Your video single-handedly turned me into a sadpanda in a span of one and a half minutes. Anders romance -> totally the way to go.

Wow, I HATED Anders in DA2, he just bothered me at every turn and when he did what he did I didn't hesitate to kill him. But after seeing this I am tempted to play a more sympathetic run with a female character (so far all my runs have been male and they treated Anders like crap cause it was super easy to do so)

@IrishCoffee: my first playthrough was mostly a sympathetic run, but that is because I didn't know that he would bomb the Chantry. Of course, my rogue did not like what he did. And I was actually undecided on making her break up with him (but not kill him) or go with him. So I did 2 endings. Glad this vid convinced you the way it did convince me.
