Freezing issues on Body dump quest

Act 2- The quest starts next to the shady vendor in Lowtown. After dumping the 2nd body during the night in Lowtown, the game immediately freezes near the "Leave area" point where the Mabarabi handlers/dogs spawn. 

It is quite annoying. 

Also, Can I just log off the social bioware and only log in for about 5 minutes to upload my stats? It just feels like a weird when I am playing the game by myself and feels like a non-intrusive, ghetto DRM. This isn't exactly Demon's Soul where the constant connection is needed...

I just froze at Hawk Estate also be sure to do Restore File System hold the power button down until the system turns on and turns back back off then let the button go. Then hold the button down again it will beep once then beep twice quickly. Then let it go. It will tell you to plug in the usb cord and connect the controller then press the ps button. After that a menu will pop up.
