I know that I've met the requirements for two achievements regarding The Exiled prince but I haven't been able to unlock any achievements regarding Sebastian.

They are aware of the problem. There is a sticky.
Also I think they are listing a catalogue of things wrong with the game before working on a patch update. So we'll probably get 360 update in the next month or so. Sucks I know. =/

well im about to start my 2nd playthrough guess im going to do what i can in act 1 and wait till they realse a patch

There is a new version of the DLC out, if you go to the top of this subforum there is instructions on how to get the new version that should unlock the achievements. You just have to play through the game again until they unlock.
