It's not the first time EA pull these kind of response. There was another time someone post a video on youtube making fun of a glitch in Tigerwood 2009 that let the player stand on water. EA responded with this video

There certainly are rules. It has to be impromptu and delivered cleverly to get as many people as possibly to click the link, without just making them upset or angry. The entire goal of the meme is to generate laughs, not groans.

It's a good 80's song, but people doing it wrong are making it less funny. But you are by no means the first one to do so.
