I have the nwn2 cd but i lost the mask of the betrayer cd.... I have the cd key for motb and the cd key for nwn2. Can i still download motb somehow and play it? using my cd key.

Not legally, no. However, Steam is having a sale of NWN2 Platinum, which has NWN2 and both MotB and SoZ for a whopping $9.99. A worthy price for any one of them, all 3? A super good deal.
