Im in act two and im tryin to have a complete romance with Isabela . What quest and steps do i need to take ??

Just keep choosing the romance options. Do her castillon quest and take her side the entire time and agree with her the entire time. You wont achieve full romance until you beat the game (providing you say the right things to her in the climax-- you'll know what I mean)

I didn't let her have her way when it came to Castillon and it worked out that I was able to complete her romance. She agreed what I did was the right thing.
