I just installed DA II and got (most) of the DLC unlocked. I started my first game and was asked about the import of the endings of Origins. I selected my Warden who completed Awakening. Except that it took the data from an autosave that wasn't the one before the broodmother end fight. I'm not even sure it took it AFTER I defeated the Architech. I had a save that was right before the end but it didn't even show up for selection.

Is this going to be a problem later in the game with the flags not going off when they are supposed to? I'd rather know now before I actually start the game proper.
