Bioware dropped the ball on equipment in general in DA2

More light armor mage clothing please. Stuff like the Champion armor.

I like Mages/rogue gear in DA2. The champion's gear is very good looking one, they should remove the metal thing from the armor for mages and warriors but still very good looking!
DLC item number one is my fav in this regard the rogue and mage gear rules.

They spend so much time on the followers' armor and rouge and warrior armor. They probably got to the mage's armor and decided to cut corners.
DA2 designer 1: I'm starting a new set of robes
DA2 designer 2: Nooo, do it this way. Just change this color, move that there, add some stripes there... and look! a new set of robes.

Mages can wear plate armor, i did so myself without mods when i still had the game for my xbox

Wasn't a fan of the early armor or the Champion armor on male mage, his arms just seemed way too bulky (muscles) for a mage imo.

Robes of the Notorious Pirate looks good and also a fan of the Robes of Enchanter Illana from MOTA which is the same look as Overseer robes (surprise)
