there is a very simple method to attack like the flash in DA2. it is as follows:
using 2 mages with the haste spell is a stackable option to get easy 200%, but 2 mages makes your pary rather fragile.

i prefer THIS:
DW rogue (already fast) + Speed sustained ability (+10%) + Primeveal lyrium rune (+23% varies) + Haste spell (+50%) = 183% attack speed, and about 10 slices per second.

here it is againts some shades and rage demons on casual (i played with one hand =/)

Isabela and Sebastien's friendship bonuses both give small attack speed bonuses, just watch out for that nasty bug.

Guess the rune depends on what weapon... Used it on my Mages staff for 35% attack speed, it was pretty OP.
