Ok so this is really annoying.

I see you have a single-core processor. The game has problems on single-core systems. Have you downloaded and installed the latest patch? Patch 1.01 addressed some of the single-core issues.
In general, that is not a good computer to be playing modern games on. Single-core processors have long been obsolete, and it has an integrated graphics chip rather than a dedicated graphics card. Also, if you are playing games with Windows 7 you should have at least 3 GB of RAM, not just 2.
