I forgot the name of the quest Im on because I paused it before I made the choice, Im pretty sure Im on the 2nd Act. Im at a "Rally" with that lady from the Chantry, and there is a row of Qunari, being harassed by a templar, and I am given the choice to have the Qunari killed, or kill the templar. I dont know which I should choose, what happens with each choice? The choice that seems proper, is displayed by the two red sword in the dialog wheel, meaning its wrong. But the other is to kill the Qunari, but I dont want to do that either...please help.

two red sword doesn't mean a "wrong" choice.
It means to enter combat.

Well, as you said, in one choice, you kill the Qunari.
In the other, you attack the people at the rally. Which is the one I chose. Pretty sure the Qunari died anyway.

just pick one. if you really don't like it, you could always load the save and choose the other one. If you don't like either, well then I'm not sure
