On DirectX 9, most likely.

It should run the game playably on low or medium settings depending on your screen resolution and indeed don't bother with the DX11 renderer as your card doesn't support DX11 and DX10 would be too heavy (performance-wise) for the card, so you'd get terrible performance with it on.
