I know this has been said alot of times, but I have to say it again. I can't stay on this forum for more that 10 minuts, after my eyes starts to hurt in a strange way.. So, either biware have to change the forum, or I simply can't use the social forum..... Witch is a shame

Can't say I experience any visual problems when going over these forums. But I do find them rather... difficult to follow... They're a little confusing.

I really enjoy that the forum only takes up 1/3rd of my screen. It's really useful...not. It feels cramped as hell.

It looks fine for me, abit bland but then it's only a beta.

Edit: after typing this reply i did just notice a little white box with green writing letting me know i made a reply, weird.

You can change the Theme in your profile editor thing. Mines red and black now and its much nicer.

I strongly prefer these kind of forums though: http://forums.heroes...h.com/index.php (Just an example)
Over what we have here... Just saying.

The design is a puzzle, that is for sure. I can only guess it is accidental, as I can think of no useful purpose behind all the wasted space.

I suppose I can understand why the text boxes have a lower limit on vertical size - they have to leave enough room for those huge avatar pictures.

But the horizontal size of the text boxes doesn't grow with my browser width, and there is a lot of wasted space on both the left and the right.

And then, even within the small text box the entered text wraps after only using about 2/3rds of the available space.

In your account settings you can set the theme to bioware default instead of the dragonage theme. It's abit easier on the eyes.

I'd be happy with a "normal functioning" forum. Like marking threads as read. Going to posts that were posted since last visit. I'm sure there's a reason for this implementation but I'm not getting it today...

complainers....if you came here to complain, just go back to the 'other' forum. This place is too comfy to see it spoiled.

You mean the one that's going to be closed on 3rd November in favour of this one?

I don't have a problem with the width, but the text really needs to be made larger, the colour scheme made easier on the eyes (the normal non-DA Bioware forums are great) and the ridiculous multicoloured icons and panels everywhere removed.

Bashing people for making legit complaints about reading a forum? No reason for that. For some reason people can't understand that not all people or their eyes are created equally.

One thing that helps is to the use (ctrl +) to zoom in the screen and make the font and screen bigger.

Apart from numerous quirks, such as the search function being completely useless (a common thing on boards), no moderation (for better or worse) and some lack of basic functionaltiy (maybe it's there, I just can't find it; different causes, same effect) overall I think the boards work excellently. There's certainly no problem with the size, colors or shape.

When I migrated to these forums 2 days ago, I really hated it. But after staying here for an hour or two, I got used to it. So I guess it just takes time.

Where is this option? I only found 2 themes under edit profile information and they are the same but one has a blue banner and the other is white.

Just voicing my opinion. Old forums were better. Also I prefer the old system. Buy a game. Go to the forums. Discuss.

No need for all this.

Didn't know it myself until about a week ago when someone else pointed this out.  This seems to go for all web forums as well, not just this one.

I seriously hate the change myself, the last forum site was far more accomadating and easy on the eyes. Oh well....
