I have redeemed and installed the Black Emporium manualy, but its not showing up in the game.
I can see it under the downloadable content but how do I get it into the game.
Do I need to be online in order to see it in the game?

PLEASE help!

Have you gotten far enough in the game to have letters sent to you? You should be able to get to it after that.

Yeah, played the whole game, and no letters, started again, and still waiting for the letters. Going to the deeproads now, where in the game should I get these letters?

If it was working correctly you should've gotten a letter from the Black Emporium when you first got to Gamlen's place in Act 1, though it should just show up wherever you are now.

You may have to be online to initially activate it, though, now that I think about it.  The instructions do say to log in to the account you used to redeem the Black Emporium, before starting or loading a game.  The sequence would be:

• Install the Black Emporium DLC.
• Start DA2.
• Log into your EA account that you used to redeem the Black Imporium.
• Start a new game or load a game.
• Check your messages.

when does the Black Emporium show up? I recieved letters giving me side quests but I have never recieved one from the Black Emporium and I have never seen it on my 'map'. Do you only get it after you go to the Deep Roads (i'm not that far)?

and yes I have downloading it and it shows up in my downloadable content

I got it as soon as I had access to letters.
