how do i upload my character to become my profile picture please help.

I think you need to be logged onto Xbox Live and this website... DA2 probably has to be on as well (connected to EA servers). Then, you just go to My Games, DA2, and then click "Activate Online Profiles." You may need to click it several times before it does anything, but you'll know when it happens.
