Man, I love the subtle ways dialogue changes in this game. My favorite so far for an aggresssive Hawke; when you're welcoming Merrill home to Kirkwall for the first time, the very first flirt option you can choose results in Hawke directly propositioning her for a kiss.
Also, in general, I like the aggressive attitude for a mage Hawke-- Carver's whiny, passive aggressive attitude towards his sibling transforms into a very legitimate reaction to an overbearing control junkie. When choosing the bottom options, I'm occasionally siding with Carver over my own character.
Aggressive Hawke rules.

It also changes ending Hawke speech to companions such as buying drinks for everyone in a sarcastic playthroughs to painting the walls red with Templar blood as angry Hawke.
